Supporting expectant and new mothers with tailored movement, bodywork, and recovery.

With a background in Nutrition and Sport Science (BSc) and extensive training in therapeutic massage, yoga, and Pilates, I provide safe, tailored sessions for every stage of pregnancy and beyond.

These treatments and classes focus on:

  • Releasing tension and improving circulation

  • Easing back, hip, and pelvic discomfort

  • Restoring body awareness and supporting recovery

Sessions are adapted for your trimester, stage of postpartum, and comfort level, and are available in-person, at home, or online.
