Pregnancy and postpartum are extraordinary times of change — physically, emotionally, and energetically. My work supports women through these transitions with a combination of nurturing touch and gentle movement that helps you feel grounded, open, and at ease in your body.

Pre and Postnatal Massage
With a background in Nutrition and Sport Science (BSc) and extensive training in therapeutic massage, yoga, and Pilates, I offer safe, tailored treatments for every stage of pregnancy and beyond.
These sessions focus on releasing tension, improving circulation, easing back and pelvic discomfort, and restoring body awareness. All treatments are adjusted for your trimester and comfort level.

Movement & Mindful Connection
I’m currently completing my Pre & Postnatal Yoga certification (due Dec 2025) and already integrate gentle restorative and mobility-based movement into my private sessions for new and expectant mothers.
These practices are designed to support posture, breath, and pelvic health, and will expand into dedicated pre/postnatal yoga offerings soon.

I also understand the desire for mothers-to-be who already have a high baseline of fitness to maintain their strength and abilities as best they can. My approach balances mindful movement with intelligent progression — honouring both your body’s current needs and your sense of capability.

For safety, I always advise discussing any new or continued exercise or bodywork with your midwife or GP, especially during the first trimester, when rest and medical clearance are particularly important. In this early stage, sessions are adapted — or sometimes postponed — to ensure complete safety and peace of mind for both mother and baby.
