About

A Creative Life in Motion:
I’m Victoria Rose—a multidisciplinary creative with roots in the UK, the Caribbean, and the U.S. My path has taken me across oceans and cultures, shaped by a love for movement, storytelling, and sensory experiences. For over a decade, I’ve worked as a yoga teacher and bodywork practitioner, blending holistic wellbeing with deep presence and care.

Now based in the UK, I’m shifting pace—grounding myself in community, nature, and creative expression. Alongside my bodywork, I am pursuing further studies in Counselling and Psychotherapy. Whether I’m on the mat, with a client, or curating a playlist for a gathering, I’m guided by the same values: Nature, Flexibility, Connection and Creativity.

I grew up between Nevis’ tropical shores, London’s city rhythm, and the quiet suburbs of Philadelphia—places that shaped my respect for nature, culture, and movement. I discovered yoga at 14 and soon after began studying meditation and mindfulness, planting the seeds for a lifelong practice rooted in presence and embodiment.

While moving around caused a lot of disrupt, I always found solace in Nature. I build my life around having access to Nature.
With a background in Nutrition and Sport Science, I built a career that weaves together wellness, creativity, and adventure—teaching yoga, offering Thai massage, and working aboard performance sailing yachts around the world. These nomadic years deepened my appreciation for community, creativity, and the shared language of care.
Now grounded in the UK, I continue to teach, create, and study—with a focus on helping others reconnect to themselves and the wider world through movement, nature, and community.

— Howard Thurman
