A Creative Life in Motion:

I’m Victoria Rose—a multidisciplinary creative with roots in the UK, the Caribbean, and the U.S. My path has taken me across oceans and cultures, shaped by a love for movement, storytelling, and sensory wellbeing. For over a decade, I’ve worked as a yoga teacher and bodywork practitioner, blending holistic wellness with deep presence, care, and embodied awareness.

I am currently relocating between the UK and Nevis, where I am building my practice within both private and hospitality wellness spaces. This transition is part of a wider shift toward a slower, more grounded way of working—closer to nature, community, and the ocean.

Alongside my bodywork and teaching, I continue to deepen my studies in nervous system regulation and somatic approaches to wellbeing. Whether I’m on the mat, with a client, or creating space for rest and recovery, I’m guided by the same values: nature, flexibility, connection, and creativity.

Current Work

  • Yoga & Pilates — South West London and Nevis (private sessions, hotel collaborations, and pop-up classes)

  • Massage Therapy — Holistic and therapeutic bodywork for recovery and nervous system support

  • Pre and Postnatal — Supporting women through pregnancy and postpartum with safe, restorative movement and touch

I grew up between Nevis’ tropical shores, London’s city rhythm, and the quiet suburbs of Philadelphia—places that shaped my respect for nature, culture, and movement. I discovered yoga at 14 and soon after began studying meditation and mindfulness, planting the seeds for a lifelong practice rooted in presence and embodiment.

While moving around caused a lot of disrupt, I always found solace in Nature. I build my life around having access to Nature.

With a background in Nutrition and Sport Science, I built a career that weaves together wellness, creativity, and adventure—teaching yoga, offering Thai massage, and working aboard performance sailing yachts around the world. These nomadic years deepened my appreciation for community, creativity, and the shared language of care.

Now grounded in the UK, I continue to teach, create, and study—with a focus on helping others reconnect to themselves and the wider world through movement, nature, and community.

“Don’t ask what the world needs. Ask what makes you come alive, and go do it. Because what the world needs is people who have come alive.”
