Pregnancy Massage (Pre-Natal)
Pregnancy is a time of huge change, both physically and emotionally. My pregnancy massage offers a safe, supportive space for expectant mothers to rest and receive care. Using gentle, nurturing techniques, I focus on easing common discomforts such as back pain, swollen legs, and tension in the hips and shoulders. Each session is tailored to your stage of pregnancy and your unique needs, helping you feel lighter, more comfortable, and deeply nourished.

Sessions take place in a cozy, welcoming space in my home, with soft blankets and plenty of time for you to relax. For your comfort, I use supportive positioning and pillows to keep you safe throughout the treatment. *Only available from second trimester onwards*

Post-natal Massage
The postpartum period can be both beautiful and overwhelming. Postnatal massage offers mothers a much-needed pause: a chance to rest, restore, and feel cared for. This treatment helps release physical tension from carrying, feeding, and lack of sleep, while also softening mental stress and anxieties.

You are welcome to bring your baby with you — this is a safe, relaxed space designed with you in mind. Each session is tailored to your body’s recovery needs, supporting your return to strength and balance.

Therapeutic Massage
Therapeutic Massage is a table-based treatment using oil to address specific areas of tension, injury, or imbalance in the body. Drawing from Swedish, deep tissue, and remedial techniques, this style focuses on both relaxation and physical recovery. It's tailored to your body and pressure preferences—supporting circulation, muscle recovery, and nervous system regulation.
I received my Therapeutic Massage certification from the London School of Massage, where I studied anatomy-informed, client-centered techniques that adapt to a wide range of physical needs.
Ideal for: stress relief, muscular tension, postural issues, or chronic aches and pains.​

Thai Yoga Massage
Thai Yoga Massage is a dynamic, floor-based treatment that combines assisted stretching, acupressure, and rhythmic compression. It’s often described as “lazy man’s yoga,” as your body is moved through postures and stretches while you rest. Practiced fully clothed on a mat, this traditional Thai healing art encourages mobility, circulation, and energetic balance.

I trained in Thai Yoga Massage with Natasha de Grunwald at the London Institute of Thai Yoga Massage in 2018. Sessions can be deeply grounding and restorative, or more energizing, depending on your needs.
Ideal for: people seeking relief from tension, athletes, yogis, or anyone needing to feel reconnected to their body.

What to Expect

Before your session, we’ll chat through any physical concerns, injuries, or areas you'd like to focus on.

Therapeutic Massage is done with oil on a massage table. Towels and privacy are always respected.

Pregnancy massage is available from the second trimester onwards.

Thai Massage is done fully clothed on a mat. Please wear soft, stretchy clothing.

Every home session ends with a few moments of rest and space to re-integrate—you're welcome to stay for tea and grounding before heading back out into the world.
