Explore the natural beauty of Dominica, with its verdant rainforests, cascading waterfalls, and serene hot springs. Each day begins with an invigorating yoga session, followed by mindful excursions that allow you to connect with nature and your inner self. Whether you're hiking to a hidden waterfall, soaking in a natural hot spring, or embarking on a whale-watching adventure, every experience is an opportunity to nourish your body, mind, and spirit.

One of the highlights of this retreat is the introduction to freediving, where you'll learn to harness the power of your breath, inspired by the meditative practice of diving into the depths of the ocean. This retreat is open to all levels, welcoming everyone from beginners to seasoned practitioners.

I am passionate about Free Diving and I designed this workshop to offer a unique opportunity for participants to explore the connection between breath, mindfulness, and physical performance. By delving into specialized breathing techniques inspired by freediving, participants will enhance their overall well-being while fostering a deeper connection with their bodies and minds.

Roll, Renew, Release
This workshop will go over the importance of why you should include myofascial release as part of your regular movement practice. We will use a variety of props to work on trigger points, and help soothe tight muscles. We will end with some restorative stretches and meditation.
